Aundrea Caraway, the Online Student Experience Manager at UNT, is a seasoned speaker with over 7 years of experience in educational technology within student affairs. Holding a BS in Accounting, an MBA, and a recent MS in Learning Technologies, she seamlessly transitioned to her current role. Aundrea's dedication to enhancing online education is further evident as she serves as a guest speaker of Industry Insights.
 
She has worked at UNT in Orientation and Transition Programs as Assistant Director since 2018, but she recently transitioned to the new role of Online Student Experience Manager for the Division of Student Affairs. This transition was facilitated by Aundrea’s most recent academic accomplishment: a Master of Science in Learning Technologies (2017).  With over 10 years of experience working with college students in a variety of roles, she designs engaging teaching and training experiences for a variety of topics for both in person and online delivery. She believes that learning should be fun, hands-on, and improve performance whether synchronous or asynchronous.
 
Aundrea speaks from over 7 years of experience working with students in leadership roles, coaching and mentoring, and designing e-learning. She is also a recipient of the 2024 UNT Digital Innovation Award.
