  1. This program offers rolling admissions with programs beginning at the end of each long semester (Fall and Spring).

  1. Applications will be reviewed to determine your eligibility to participate in this program.
  2. Your profile will be added to the Mentor/Mentee Profile Directories. 
  3. You will be notified of the decision regarding your application at the beginning of each long semester.
  4. Once approved to join the program, you will be sent information on how to join through the Google Drive folder. The folder will be the main source of communication for this program. This folder includes:
    • A virtual orientation
    • Profile directories
    • Program guidelines and expectations
    • Resources for fostering the best mentor/mentee relationship
    • Check-in assignments for you and your mentor/mentee once you have been matched
  5. Matching will begin 1 week prior to the start of each long semester.
    • You will be asked to select your top 3 choices to be matched with. Matches will be submitted via the Google Drive folder.
    • You can make these selections based off Speed Mentoring impressions (see event dates below) and/or from the Profile Directory that will be provided to you via the Google Drive folder.
    • While your selections will be heavily considered, we cannot make any guarantee that you will be matched with these choices. However, please be assured that you will be matched with someone who will foster the best mentor/mentee relationship.
    • In addition to your top 3 selections, matches will be based on knowledge/experience, field of study, and professional goals.
