Master of Science in Learning Technologies, with a focus on Project Management in Workforce Performance

COI: Why did you apply for the scholarship? What made you think you were a match for it?

I applied for the scholarship because I am a high-performing Learning Technologies graduate student in the final semester of the program. I am honored to be a recipient of the Dr. Roger Ditzenberger Scholarship because I'm passionate about leadership and performance improvement.

COI: How has this scholarship helped you reach your goals?

The Dr. Roger Ditzenberger Scholarship provided impactful financial support that made it possible for me to complete the LTEC graduate program without taking on any debt. The award also affirmed that the department faculty were supportive of my academic pursuits and research.

COI: Give us one or two highlights about what you have accomplished so far as a student in the program

The highlight of my LTEC program has been working with Dr. Rose Baker. She has opened so many doors for me throughout this journey. In the past year, I conducted research on performance improvement in higher education fundraising, joined high-caliber organizations like the International Society for Performance Improvement, and presented at an international conference with leading industry professionals. I am so proud of everything I've accomplished in the last 14 months, and I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Baker's continued support and friendship.
