Kenneth currently works at Turnitin as a Training Consultant in the eastern United States and Canada. His clients are institutions of higher education, and he uses his skills and knowledge to train employees of these institutions how to implement educational technology to improve the learning process. Throughout his career, he has worked in both the private and public sectors as a Learning Specialist, Trainer, or Learning Management System Administrator, helping both educational institutions and industry implement instructional technology tools. He has worked at different institutions of higher education as well as Instructure in these roles.

Kenneth says that the biggest advantage of the Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree was the ease of transferring credits. The degree plan was very flexible in accepting most of his previous credit gained along his academic journey. He also appreciated that the major was fully online, so he could live anywhere and continue working while he finished the last two years of his degree.

Of his time on campus at the University of North Texas, Kenneth recalls that both faculty and staff were available and willing to interact with students in ways that helped him learn not only as a student but also as a person. He was able to work on campus at CLEAR, which helped him practice some of the skills he was learning in class, and at the Facilities Help Desk. Now he lives in San Antonio with his wife and kids and works for Turnitin remotely.
