  • Topic: 21st Century Abilities after COVID
  • September 18, 10:00 a.m. (CST)

Abstract:
21st century abilities are even more relevant now than decades ago when these were conceived. COVID-19 suddenly brought online learning to the center of our attention.  In this talk, we analyze the need of Critical Thinking and Creativity, two key elements of these skills, and how these can be taught online.  We finish by showing that another element has to be present to achieve an adequate appropriation of skills, the learner’s attitude and grit.
